Hi everyone. I have no idea how many people read this blog. But, I had terrible nightmares last night. I dreamed that America was being attacked by multiple warheads. I saw the smoke trails as they came in, and I saw mushroom clouds with lightning flashing in jagged bolts through the awful sight. And, I thought of the Bible verse from 2 Chronicles 7:14. I share it with you all now.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (American King James Version)
I pray for God's Forgiveness and for His healing hand. I pray for boldness to speak out against evil, and for steadfastness and courage to proclaim God and his Word. I pray for a renaissance of faith and a rededication to Biblical tenants. I ask for God's protection for all of His people, and to sustain them wherever they are persecuted for His name. I pray they will be a light in a darkened and failing world. I would ask that the Church not be luke-warm, but burning with the Light and Truth from God. I ask all this in His name, and for the multiplication of His glory. Amen.
